Nature and history pass through Anna’s hands as she weaves using willow she grows, cuts, sorts and prepares herself. She also uses willow that was grown elsewhere in Scotland organically or conventionally in Somerset. The baskets are things of beauty; sturdy and precise.

We are thrilled to introduce some incredible new residents of Coburg in our building: Jonathan McNaught, Dominica Saag, and Noel Shelley. This exhibition highlights their artistic practices and presents their work to you. Featuring a range of mediums including illustration, printmaking, macrame plant hangers, and photography, our diverse group will showcase a selection of their pieces in our gallery this weekend.
Alice Simpson/ AlicetheBee (she/her) makes art in a Victorian edifice staring down on Leith and plotting her next irreverence. She identifies as a Queer bisexual with a heavy seasoning of dungarees. She enjoys drawing animals, people acting like animals, swear words, chaos, mythology, and little beasties with houses on their backs. She wants to make you laugh. Her new art show is called Omnishambles because it's a 'business at the front/party at the back' kind of word.
Designers are always playing shape games. Whether working with two dimensional pieces to create three dimensional forms, using collage to jigsaw together narratives or taking abstract shapes as a starting point to develop characters; there is always a shape puzzle to be solved.
