RETURNS

As Coburg is a collective of small business we can only accept returns if the item is faulty. If this is the case, please contact Coburg House within 7 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return. Then make sure to ship the item back to us within 30 days of receipt.

As the products in our shop are usually made to order, if you need to amend your order or cancel, you must  do so within 24 hours of ordering.

Items are returned at the buyer's own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Alternatively you can return the product in person to the Coburg House Shop, which is open between 11am and 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. To return your item in person, you must have first contacted Coburg House at info@coburghouse.co.uk so that we can arrange the return with the artist.

Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
