Hilda works mostly in silver and also often incorporates colour using 18 ct gold, gold plating and precious/semi precious stones . Her inspiration comes from her interest in geometric design, sculptural forms and architecture which forms the basis for her designs. She enjoys learning new skills with the view to incorporating them into new work. .

A new collection of work includes traditional skills, new technologies, tig welding, ruthenium and gold plating.
