Laura, or ‘Delaaart’, is a painter whose studio practice involves creating watercolour and egg tempera paints by hand. Laura graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2011 from the school of Drawing and Painting, after attending the Foundation Art course at Coleg Menai, North Wales, 2007. Her art compasses of drawing and painting the figurative form, from sculptures to humans and animals using a range of mediums.

“Topics I continue to and have explored are myths in a contemporary world, visceral and physical being through anatomy, human and animal psychology. I am interested in consciousness and being - how we all relate to our environments.”
